Yes it is Hum and Tum that is man and woman. Just while imagining that if any one of the two were not created would make the world so dull and boring. Men and women were created as Adam and Eve and were placed in the paradise and asked not to taste the fruit by God. But they were destined to taste the fruit and face the consequence of the fall from the paradise to earth and start creation.
Man and woman were created and that was the beginning of indulgence. The beginning of the attraction and the start of lust began. With this the most beautiful thing on the earth that is the union of a man and a woman began. Gradually with the civilization growing men found that sex was getting better and people started taking interest in it. People started to write on sex and the aphorisms of love that is "Kama Sutra".
Babhravya worked on the writings of Nandi's research on kamasutra. He had created one hundred and fifty chapters, which were put under seven heads or parts named separately.

Kama is love, pleasure and gratification. There are the rules and the procedures, which occur when there is a union between man and woman. Every couple has a different way of expressing their union while in the act and these are being studied and researched today.

Sometimes we find that the union is not equal based on the size and other related matters. In these unequal unions, when the male exceeds the female in point of size, his union with a woman who is immediately next to him in size is called high union and is of two kinds. His union with the woman most remote from his size is called the highest union, and is of one kind only. On the other hand, when the female exceeds the male in point of size, her union with a man immediately next to her in size is called low union, and is of two kinds; while her union with a man most remote from her in size is called the lowest union, and is of one kind only.
When the mutual love between a man and a woman comes in contact, then we can find that there can be separate ways of embracing each other. It needs to be passionate and it rises from the inner zest and love for each other. They can be stated as follows

The action in each case is denoted by the meaning of the word, which stands for it.
When a man under some pretext or other goes in front or alongside of a woman and touches her body with his own, it is called the touching embrace. When a woman in a lonely place bends down, as if to pick up something, and pierces, as it were, a man sitting or standing, with her breasts, and the man in return takes hold of them, it is called a piercing embrace. When two lovers are walking slowly together, either in the dark, or in a place of public resort, or in a lonely place, and rub their bodies against each other, it is called a rubbing embrace. When on the above occasion one of them presses the other's body forcibly against a wall or pillar, it is called a pressing embrace. These two last embraces are peculiar to those who know the intentions of each other.
IT is said by some that there is no fixed time or order between the embrace, the kiss, and the pressing or scratching with the nails or fingers. So the kissing should be before the union and this takes time and increases the zest for sex. Thus kissing is common on the forehead, eyes, cheeks, neck, bosom, breasts, lips, and the inside of the mouth.
When the lips of two lovers are brought into direct contact with each other, it is called a straight kiss. When the heads of two lovers are bent towards each other, and when so bent, kissing takes place, it is called a bent kiss. When one of them turns up the face of the other by holding the head and chin, and then kissing, it is called a turned kiss. Lastly when the lower lip is pressed with much force, it is called a pressed kiss.
Pressing with the nails is of the eight following kinds, according to the forms of the marks which are produced and this is a fabulous way of increasing the zest for sex. Though it sounds very painful but during sex it is really aggressive and very satisfying.

The places that are to be pressed with the nails are as follows: the arm pit, the throat, the breasts, the lips, the jaghana, or middle parts of the body, and the thighs. But Suvarnanabha is of opinion that when the impetuosity of passion is excessive, the places need not be considered.
Thus it can be concluded that kamasutra presents a number of poses for performing sex and the desires can be expressed and the desires can be fulfilled. Looking exactly as it sounds, the partner who is the "bread" lies on the bottom and their significant other sleeps directly on top of them mimicking a "spread." Thus in a way there can be no hard and fast rule that is to be followed while performing sex.
